We require up-to-date vaccinations for dogs and cats before boarding, daycare, or grooming. For dogs, we require Bordetella, DHPP, and Rabies to be up to date. For cats, we require FVRCP and Rabies to be up to date.
Feel free to bring your furry friend's bedding or toys from home when they stay with us overnight! We provide blankets and bowls for your pets, but if your pet uses a special slow-feed bowl, we suggest bringing it along.
We can administer most medications, except Insulin. For diabetic pets, we recommend boarding with your vet. Please bring all medications in their original bottles.
We recommend bringing your own pet food to avoid upsetting their stomachs. Alternatively, we can provide our house food for a small fee.
We kindly ask that all dogs over the age of one year be spayed or neutered before they can join our daycare. In case your pup is over one year old and is not spayed or neutered, they can still enjoy some playtime with our staff throughout the day. Additionally, we recommend signing them up for some one-on-one playtime or brain game activities.
To ensure that your furry friend is compatible with our pack, we offer a complimentary 2-hour daycare evaluation. If the evaluation is successful, you will be authorized to book daycare whenever you need it. However, if the evaluation is unsuccessful, we may recommend trying another day or conclude that your pup is not suitable for our pack.
